The largest of the Quaker series the Flying Quaker is a scaled up Quaker Flash. However there are those who say that the Quaker Flash is the scaled down version of the Flying Quaker. Ben Buckle re-drew this model in 1983 but left it true to the original design including reed tips on the wings and tailplane. The Flying Quaker has a nicely built structure and a flat bottom wing section and requires only minimal power for such a large model. The kit features pre cut wing ribs formers and cane / reed strips for the wing and tail tips, balsa sheet and stripwood, hardware pack and full size plans. The Flying Quaker is a firm favourite with model flyers in the USA and also in Germany
